รายละเอียดเงื่อนไขการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ

หากลูกค้ามีความประสงค์ที่จะยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อจะมีอยู่ 3 กรณีคือ
1.) ในกรณีที่ยังไม่ได้ทำการชำระเงิน รายการคำสั่งซื้อของท่านจะถูกยกเลิกภายใน 7 วัน
2.) ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าทำการชำระเงินเข้ามาเรียบร้อยแล้ว การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อจะถูกหักค่าบริการตามเงื่อนไขดังนี้
3.) ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าทำการคอนเฟิร์มแบบยืนยันการผลิตแล้ว การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อจะถูกหักค่าบริการตามเงื่อนไขดังนี้
4.) หากทางลูกค้าสั่งผลิตตัวอย่างสายคล้อง ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อทุกกรณี

รายละเอียดเงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขแบบหลังสั่งผลิต

1.) สายคล้องคอพนักงานแบบพรีเมี่ยม
- กรณีต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือแก้ไขสกรีน มีค่าบริการ 1,500 x จำนวนสีสกรีน(ไม่รวม Vat)
- กรณีต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือแก้ไขสติ๊กเกอร์เรซิ่น มีค่าบริการ 3,000 บาท ทั้งตัวคลิปเรซิ่นและตัวล็อคเรซิ่น

2.) สายคล้องคอพนักงานแบบโพลีเอสเตอร์และไนลอน(รวมถึงสายคล้องคอสกรีนแบบซิลค์สกรีนทุกประเภท)
- กรณีต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือแก้ไขสกรีน มีค่าบริการ 1,500 x จำนวนสีสกรีน(ไม่รวม Vat)
- กรณีต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงสีเชือก(สีพิเศษ) มีค่าบริการสีละ 1,500 บาท

3.) สายคล้องคอพนักงานสกรีนแบบซับลิเมชั่น (รวมถึงสายคล้องบัตรรีไซเคิลและสายคล้องคอต้านเชื้อแบคทีเรีย)
กรณีต้องการแก้ไขสี หรือแบบหลังตรวจเช็คตัวอย่างมีค่าบริการ 2,000 บาท

สาเหตุที่ต้องมีการคิดค่าบริการการแก้ไขเนื่องมาจาก ทางบริษัทเรามีการออกแบบสินค้าและส่งให้ทางลูกค้าตรวจสอบก่อนผลิตทุกครั้ง ดังนั้นเมื่อคุณลูกค้าตกลงและยินยอมให้สั่งผลิตไม่ว่าจะเป็นตัวอย่างสายหรือสินค้าตัวจริง งานที่ลูกค้าได้รับจะต้องตรงกับแบบสั่งผลิตไม่น้อยกว่า 90% หากงานที่ลูกค้าได้รับมีความเสียหายจากกระบวนการประกอบสาย หรือสีเพี้ยนจากกระบวนการผลิต ทางเรายินดีผลิตสินค้าทั้งหมดให้ใหม่โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายภายใน 2-3 วัน

หากงานที่รับถูกต้องแต่ทางลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนสีหรือเปลี่ยนแบบนั่นหมายถึงต้องมีการบริการเพิ่มเติมในการผลิตสินค้าใหม่ตามรายละเอียดด้านบนเงื่อนไขของสินค้าแต่ละประเภทจะไม่เหมือนกันโปรดตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขก่อนสั่งผลิต หากสนใจสินค้าแบบอื่นสามารถติดต่อพนักงานขายที่นี่

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

There are three scenarios in which a customer may wish to cancel an order
1.) In the event that payment has not been made your order will be canceled within 7 days
2.) If the customer has made a successful payment, cancellation of the order will incur service charges as follows
3.) If the customer has confirmed the production model, cancellation of the order will incur service charges as follows
4.) If the customer orders a sample lanyard, we reserve the right to cancel the order in all cases.

Terms and Conditions for Post-Production Modifications

1.) Premium Lanyards
- For changes or modifications to screen printing, a service fee of 1,500 per color (excluding VAT) will be charged.
- For changes or modifications to sticker resin, a service fee of 3,000 baht for both clip resin and lock resin will be charged.

2.) Polyester and Nylon Lanyards (including all types of screen-printed silicone lanyards)
- For changes or modifications to screen printing, a service fee of 1,500 per color (excluding VAT) will be charged.
- For changes or modifications to rope color (special colors), a service fee of 1,500 baht per color will be charged.

3.) Sublimation Screen Lanyards (including recycled card lanyards and antibacterial lanyards):
- In case of color or design changes after sample inspection, a service fee of 2,000 baht will be charged.

The reason for the modification service fee is that our company designs the products and sends them to customers for inspection before production each time. Therefore, when you, as a customer, agree and consent to place an order, whether it's a sample or the actual product, the work you receive must match the production model by at least 90%. If the work you receive is damaged during the assembly process or the colors are distorted during production, we are happy to produce all the products again at no cost within 2-3 days.

If the received work is correct but the customer wants to change the color or design, additional services will be required for producing new products according to the details mentioned above.
